Our company is proud to be of service to workplace investigators. We are one of you and have lived and breathed the art of investigation most of our working lives. We recognise that at times some of our colleagues enter our industry without the requisite knowledge and skills or have been doing "the job" for many years without access to contemporary best practice. Our aim is to be part of the professionalisation of our industry by offering ethical, practical and timely training programs utilising shared experience blended with contemporary standards.
We support VET and firmly believe in its value with courses such as the Certificate IV in Government Investigation. There are many avenues to obtain this nationally recognised training and that is why we intentionally offer a point of difference.
We study and deliver the pedagogy (training methods) of engaged learning. We firmly believe there is no point having the best product in the world to tell you about if you are bored and not taking it in.
How training is received often impacts retention rates and therefore the quality of the development. Our training is designed for those already employed in the field, which means the attendees can use their existing knowledge and skills to actively participate in the program.
