The group has come together under the Pro-Com banner to now build and deliver tailored training programs for front line staff across the private, corporate and government sectors. Negotiation and communication training and consultancy has included the roll-out of Front-line adaptive communication (FLAC) to Australian Customs Service Nationally, negotiation capability development for specialist groups within Australian law enforcement, two years of script development and advice to Australian television drama and the implementation of a new communication system for large scale sports and entertainment operations. Pro-Com prides itself on its ability to cater to and adapt programs for a broad range of clients based on specific operational needs and risks. We will work with the client and purpose build a program to suit any application from simple customer service to hostage negotiation.
